Refund or replacement of received products
Our refund policy covers orders that were received by a buyer only within 30 business days from the delivery. After the expiration of this period, any request for a refund or exchange of the received products will be rejected.
We refund or replace orders if:
- The received product is defective and cannot be used for the purposes for which it was produced;
- The received product does not match the description on our website;
- The received product is not the one that was ordered;
- The fewer items were delivered than were ordered;
- As well as in other cases that are not exceptions for receiving a refund or replacement of the received goods.
We don’t refund or replace orders if:
- The refund period within 30 business days was expired;
- The received products are fully functional and don’t have any defects;
- The original packaging of the item is lost or damaged (if original packaging was provided);
- The customer made a request for refund or replacement without attaching any supporting documents (invoices, receipts, and so on) that the products were purchased in our store;
- The item was sent to us, not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts by the fault of a buyer;
Request for refund or replacement
If you would like to receive a refund for purchased products you should contact us via our official email address (address) or our physical address with all the supporting documents confirming the purchase of the product in our store and an explanation of the reason for requesting a refund. Our internal team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the information received. You should also send the products to our address for review and confirm that the product was sent. We are also obliged to provide you with the information about the date of receiving, the results of the investigation of the received products and our final decision.

In the case, if your request for a refund will be approved, your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depends on your bank.
If you requested for a replacement, and after investigation, we approved this request, we immediately send you a replacement product for free and give you the tracking number for you to track all the movements of your order.
